The OS as a Runtime System

Governance OS is not a document you read. It is a loop you run.

The Integration Loop

The three pillars function as a continuous state machine:

  • 1. The Lens (Input Gate)Filters noise. Only "Ready" work enters the system.
  • 2. The Accelerator (Processing)Routes the work through the most efficient path (POC → MVP).
  • 3. The Shield (Error Handling)Catches exceptions (scope creep, risk) and forces a decision logic (Change Forum).

Intake & Delivery Flow

Work does not just "happen." It flows through the OS. If a project skips the Lens, the Accelerator refuses to route it, and the Shield automatically flags it as "Unprotected Risk."
