At HatStack (GovernanceOS), we respect your data. We are not in the business of selling your information.

1. Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service: your email address (for authentication) and the project data you explicitly input.

2. AI Processing & Enterprise Opt-Outs

We utilize Enterprise API endpoints (such as OpenAI/Azure) to provide generative features. We have explicitly opted out of all data-sharing for model training. Data sent to our sub-processors is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve public or private AI models. A strict 30-day Zero Data Retention policy is enforced for abuse monitoring, after which your prompts are permanently destroyed.

3. Data Ownership & Sovereignty

You retain full ownership of all artifacts, architectures, and project contexts you create. We do not sell, rent, or share your proprietary project data with third parties for marketing or analytical purposes.

4. Deletion & Right to Erasure

You may request full data deletion at any time. Upon request, all associated project artifacts, personal data, and cryptographic histories will be permanently eradicated from our systems. Contact support@hatstack.net to initiate a deletion request.
