At HatStack (GovernanceOS), we respect your data. We are not in the business of selling your information.

1. Data Collection

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service: your email address (for authentication) and the project data you explicitly input.

2. AI Processing

We utilize OpenAI APIs to provide generative features. Data sent to OpenAI is not used to train their models (Zero Data Retention policy enabled where applicable).

3. Data Ownership

You own your artifacts. We do not sell, rent, or share your project data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Deletion

You may request full data deletion at any time by contacting support@hatstack.net.
