1. Usage

GovernanceOS is provided "as is". It is a tool for project governance and management. You retain full ownership of the data and artifacts you generate using the platform.

2. Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely via our Merchant of Record (Paddle). HatStack does not store your credit card information.

3. Liability

HatStack is not liable for project failures, data loss, or business decisions made based on the artifacts generated by the system.
