Delivery Phases
Each stage exists for one core purpose. When that purpose is achieved, the stage ends.
1. POC (Proof of Concept)
Purpose: Validate Feasibility.
Tests technical viability and critical blockers. Ends when you can answer YES or NO to "Can this work?"
2. Pilot
Purpose: Validate Behavior.
Tests actual user interaction and data correctness in a controlled environment. Ends when behavior is confirmed.
3. MVP
Purpose: Validate Value.
Production-ready implementation of core value only. No extras. Ends when value is measurable.
4. Version One (V1)
Purpose: Scale & Stabilize.
Adds observability, SLAs, support runbooks, and full compliance. Ends when the product is fully adoptable.
