The Cost of Ambiguity
For neurodivergent (ND) talent, especially ADHD and Autistic patterns, ambiguity is extremely expensive. It triggers "scanning" (constantly looking for hidden threats) rather than execution. Unnecessary cognitive load does not equal faster output or higher quality.
Every open question is paid for in focus today. Left open, it becomes an assumption, and assumptions come due later as the Assumption Tax. The protection against both is the Tunnel.

By defining explicit boundaries (In/Out), the Lens silences the background question of "Am I forgetting something?" allowing deep work to safely begin.

The phases (POC, Pilot, MVP) provide distinct, achievable "completion events." This aligns perfectly with the ADHD need for novelty and clear finish lines, rather than endless feature slogging.
