Alignment Mechanics
Before a project goes Live, the Delivery Owner establishes the following with the Sponsor and key stakeholders:
1. Engagement Format
Status updates live exclusively on the Governance OS Dashboard. We do not do bespoke PowerPoint updates.
2. Feedback Routing
Feedback during an active sprint is logged in the backlog. It does not go directly to engineers via Slack.
3. Definition of "Urgent"
Urgent means a production-down incident. It does not mean a newly discovered preference.
4. The Change Mechanism
If you need to change scope, we will immediately convene a 15-minute Change Forum to calculate trade-offs.
