Path Selection Logic
Do not build a POC if you don't need one. Use this logic gate to determine your Accelerator Path.

| High Technical Uncertainty (New stack, new vendor, complex algorithm) | POC → Pilot → MVP |
| High Operational Uncertainty (New workflow, changing user behavior) | Pilot → MVP |
| Low Risk / Standard Pattern (CRUD app, minor extension) | Direct to MVP |
The Rule: If you skip a phase (e.g. Direct to MVP), you must explicitly accept the risk in the Scope Charter.
