The Script

1. Context (2 min):

   "We are in the Execution phase. We are on track for date X."

2. The Breach (3 min):

   "A new requirement has emerged: [Description]. This was not in the Charter."

3. The Trade-Off (5 min):

   "To add this, we must drop Feature Y OR extend the deadline by 1 week."

4. The Decision (5 min):

   Sponsor decides: Approve (and accept delay), Reject, or Defer.
